Pino Deodato

Pino Deodato was born in Nao di Jonadi (Vibo Valentia) in 1950, where he has also studied and obtained his artistic diploma. In 1969 he moved to Milan, where he still lives, to study at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera.

Between the ’70s and the ’80s, the artist mostly produces social-themed murals. Pino Diodato’s works have been exhibited in several galleries in Italy and abroad: Milan (Gallerie Gastaldelli, Il Milione, Klerks, Cardi), Bologna (Cristofori), Turin (Narciso), Lucca (Poleschi), Benevento (Art events), Forte dei Marmi (Susanna Orlando), Miami (Ambrosino).

The creative research of the artist moves between painting and sculpture and touches themes combining dream and reality.
